TK Softworks ("we," "us") builds local-first software. This policy explains what we do and don't collect across our apps — PromptKeeper, PromptKeeper Pro, Forkful, and NudgeSolo — and this website.
Your content stays on your device. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't run third-party tracking on you inside our apps.
Our apps are designed to keep your content — prompts, recipes, reminders, notes, and attachments — stored locally on your device by default. We don't require an account to use the core apps, and your content is not uploaded to our servers as part of normal use. Because your data lives on your device, you are responsible for your own backups; we recommend exporting regularly where an export option is available.
Paid apps and upgrades (such as PromptKeeper Pro) are sold and processed through the Apple App Store, Mac App Store, Microsoft Store, and Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card details — those are handled by the relevant store under its own privacy policy.
This site is a static informational site. If we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic, that data is not used to identify you individually. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send so we can respond.
Some features connect to outside services at your choice — for example, importing a recipe from a website in Forkful, or the browser-based PromptKeeper team demo. When you use those, the relevant request goes to that service to provide the feature. We only act on what you initiate.
Our apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy as our apps evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
