Paid apps like PromptKeeper Pro are sold through the Apple and Microsoft stores. Purchases, receipts, and refunds are handled in your store account.

Common questions

Which platforms are supported?
PromptKeeper and Forkful run on Mac and Windows; Forkful also has iPhone, Android, and Chrome companions. NudgeSolo runs on Mac and Android. Check each app's page for its store links.
Is my data backed up to the cloud?
No — by design. Your data lives on your device. Use your app's export option (for example, CSV export in PromptKeeper) to keep your own backups.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for store purchases are processed by Apple or Microsoft through your account on their platform. Email us if you need a hand pointing you to the right place.
